Fish

Salmon – 5 oz

Wash salmon with cold water.

Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil and cut a lemon in half to squeeze over the salmon.
 
Sprinkle no sodium salmon seasoning, basil and cayenne pepper to cover the top of the salmon.
 
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 mins (you may want to broil for the last 5 mins)
