Chickpeas - a great tasty snack
1 can low sodium chick peas
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
Drain and rinse chick peas in a strainer.
Dry chick peas with paper towel.
Pour the chick peas in a bowl, toss in the rest of the ingredients.
Toss the chili powder and cayenne pepper with your hands or use a spoon.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the oven on 400C – 425C for 35-45mins or until crispy.
